All products purchased directly from Sargent Cycle Products
are entitled to a 30-day money back guarantee for the purchase price.
Non-refundable costs include any customization - as specified by the customer - to a standard product offering, specified restocking fees, and outbound and return shipping and handling.  Also exempt from this money-back guarantee are any services performed through our Custom Seat Services Division. 
All items returned for refund need to be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and will be processed as quickly as possible.  The refund will be made via the original method of payment.  Please allow a few days for credit card companies to post to your account

Customers wishing a refund on a purchase from a retail seller other than Sargent Cycle Products
must refer to that seller's refund policy.

While we have a very thorough quality check program, sometimes an item may arrive defective, damaged or incorrect.  In these cases, customers have two choices:
1.  Send the item back for repair or replacement.
2.  Order and pay for a replacement item, then return the defective item for a refund.
Sargent Cycle Products reserves the right to refuse free repair or replacement on products that have been damaged by shipping services or improper installation / use.  If an item arrives damaged by shipping, it is important to retain the original packaging and notify Sargent Cycle Products so a claim may be filed.

UPS Ground, which is a 1-7 business day service (depending on destination).
Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped via

Sargent Cycle Products, North America (Sargent), warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the period of one (1) year form the date of purchase.  Within this period, Sargent will, at its sole option, repair or replace any component which fails during normal use.   Such repairs or replacements will be at no charge to the consumer provided that the consumer shall be responsible for the shipping or transportation costs to the service facility.  This limited warranty does not extend to the any products which have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond Sargent's control, including loss or damage in transit by carrier, or as the result of service or modification by anyone other than Sargent.   Implied warranties required by law are limited to the stated duration of this limited warranty.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.   Warranty claims should be directed to Sargent Cycle Products, 44 East First Street, Jacksonville, FL,  32206, 904-354-4531.

L  I  M  I  T  A  T  I  O   N    O  F    L  I  A  B  I   L  I  T  Y
The consumer's sole and exclusive remedy for any claim shall be for the repair or replacement of the defective part(s) or product(s) as provided above, and shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.  Under no circumstances shall Sargent be liable for any direct, indirect, incidnetal, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this product.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

For product sold, but not manufactured, by Sargent the consumer shall refer to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions.  For such products, there are no other warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond the description herein.

S A R G E N T    D I R E C T   2 . 5 . 5 .   E X T E N D E D    W A R R A N T Y
For World Sport(R) Performance Seats purchased directly from Sargent Cycle Products by the consumer, the term of the Limited Warranty as provided is automatically extended at no additional cost. 
From the date of purchase, the extended terms are two (2) years on the vinyl cover, five (5) years on the foam cushion, and five (5) years on the installed hardware
(excluding heated components such as wiring, controllers, and plugs).

P  R  I  V  A  C  Y     S  T   A  T  E  M  E  N  T
Persons conducting business with Sargent Cycle Products via our internet site and e-commerce shopping cart application will be asked to submit basic information needed to complete the order.  The information includes:
Customer Name, Billing and Shipping Address, Daytime Phone, and Email Address
as well as product details being ordered and method of payment.
This is the same information that is required to place an order by telephone.
Once your credit card information is keyed into our system and saved,
it is encrypted so no employee at Sargent may view it completely
(only the last 4 digits for reference only).
Therefore, we can not verify credit card information after the fact.
This information is transferred into our internal order fulfillment system and used for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order.  We may use your phone number or email address to contact you to verify order details, and we may use your email address to confirm your order and advise of the shipping date and tracking information.  If you prefer not to be reached via email, please send an EMAIL or call and ask
to have your email address removed from your customer record.

We do not sell, share, or otherwise give out customer information.  At some point in the future, we may use your contact information to advise you of proprietary promotions or releases.  If, at that time, you do not want to be contacted, you will be given an opportunity to "opt-out" of our program. 
Once you have opted out, you will have to call to be re-subscribed to our email services.
