On April 8, I left North
Carolina and headed for the West Coast. When I had my bike service in Austin, the BMW tech
rode the bike and he said, “That’s a great seat.”
My trip took me to Los Angeles and on the San Francisco before I headed east. I took
US 50 through Nevada and Utah before hitting the interstates to get to Denver. I
made it home on May 6 and, I must say, your seat is great. I had several
500-600 mile days with no problems. |

the World Sport Performance Front and Rear Seats for the BMW 2006+ K 1200 GT Utilizing the latest digital
modeling, computer design (CAD) techniques, precise manufacturing processes, and superior
materials, each World Sport seat pan is precision-molded for superior fit and outfitted
with high-quality hardware. The K 1200 GT features our injection-molded PolyTec
base pan. This super tough, lightweight material provides an exceptional
high-performance seat foundation.
Our Super Cell Atomic
Foam suspension is our own unique and proprietary blend of resilience, firmness, and
vibration-absorption qualities - making it well suited for maximum long distance comfort.
The World Sport
Seats for the BMW K 1200 GT features our marine-grade, UV-stabilized,
color-coordinated upholstery - hand-sewn specifically to maximize the qualities of the
Super Cell Foam. In addition, it is virtually maintenance free.
This World Sport Performance Seats has the following features:
- CarbonFX vinyl seating inserts with a
choice of black or metallic silver welt.
- Improved riding comfort.
- Two Front Seat height
options - Regular, which is comparable to the stock seat, and Low.
- Optional Integrated Heat
which is designed to work with the on-board OEM Heat Controller.

backrest port cover keeps moisture out when backrest is not in use.

World Sport rear seats come with the port and cover, and are ready to receive the
optional backrest at any time.

Backrest, custom-covered to match your World Sport seats, installs through a sealed port
in the rear seat and removes easily. (This item is not designed to work
with the OEM seat.)
This item will not interfere with the GIVI rear top case system rack.

have discovered that the BMW OEM seats for the K 1200 GT underwent a change as of
production date Novermber 22, 2006. This change effects the interconnectivity of the
driver seat and passenger seat. Due to this change, the World Sport Performance
Front seat is not compatible with the BMW OEM rear seat for models manufacturered after
this date. To verify your seat version, please call for more information.
The Complete Two-Piece World Sport Performance Seat Set will fit on ALL
K 1200 GT models..

The Seat Connector simply plugs into a connector under the seat to enable use of the
handle-bar control.

Because the World Sport Seat is designed to connect directly to the BMW

- Same Temperature.
Each heated zone produces approximately the same amount of surface temperature as
the OEM seats (approximately 110º Farenheit on the high setting).
