Utilizing the latest digital modeling, computer design (CAD) techniques, precise manufacturing processes, and superior materials, each World Sport seat pan is precision-molded for superior fit and outfitted with high-quality hardware.   The R 1200 RT features our 2-piece, lightweight PolyTec^(TM) base pans.

Our Super Cell Atomic Foam suspension is our own unique and proprietary blend of resilience, firmness, and vibration-absorption qualities - making it well suited for maximum long distance comfort.

The World Sport Seat for the BMW R 1200 RT features our marine-grade, UV-stabilized, color-coordinated upholstery - hand-sewn specifically to maximize the qualities of the Super Cell Foam.  In addition, it is virtually maintenance free.

  Because the World Sport Seat is designed to connect directly to the BMW OEM seat power feed, you will still enjoy dual heat settings at the flip of a switch.

• Same Temperature.
  Each heated zone produces approximately the same amount of surface temperature as the OEM seats (approximately 110º Farenheit on the high setting).

Features include:

• Solid-state Pulse Modulating Heat Controller.
  Unlike simple bi-metallic thermostats that are affected by ambient temperatures, our controller supplies a full range of consistent heat delivery in all weather conditions.  The controller is fully variable from off to full power and anywhere in between, providing maximum comfort control.  It is completely waterproof and can be conveniently mounted within view.  And, an LED light allows monitoring of the heat setting - even at night.

• FINE WIRE^TM Electric Element.
  Special unobtrusive fine gauge wire element does not compromise comfort.   Controller and installation kit includes built in relay and in-line fuse for safety, and is installed "switched" so there is no danger of battery drain when the bike is turned off.

• Power Draw.
  Each heated seating area (front or rear) is supplied with its own heat controller.   Each heated zone draws approximately 2 amps (or 24 watts), and dual zone installations will draw approximately 4 amps (or 48 watts) at full power.

• Currently available, the Passenger Backrest - works with both the stock seat as well as the World Sport Performance seats.  This backrest design also features a handy storage pouch on the backside.

Standard upholstery configurations include the BMW M-Sport tri-color detail, and CarbonFX vinyl seating inserts with a choice of black or metallic silver welt. 

All non-standard seat orders will be subject to a $20.00 option charge and a 15% re-stocking fee, if returned for a refund.
