Inquiries about Custom Seat Services are best handled "in person" over the phone.  Due to the complex nature of custom work, verbal exchange is best.  Please call to discuss your custom seat questions.

Please be patient during our busy season as we take each seat in the order it was received in our shop.

Please observe these specifications when sizing your images:
Resolution (or pixels/inch) 72
Image Width - no more than 600 pixels or 8 inches
Image Height - see Image Width

Any image format is fine, but jpg's and gif's are the most compressed. 
It helps to keep the file size at or under 1 M.

We encourage any inquiries from international customers via e-mail as it saves on phone toll charges.  For information regarding international distributors, click here.

We are happy to take product orders via e-mail, but we no longer accept credit cards without a billing address in the United States.  We only accept payment by bank wire transfer.
