Does Sargent offer any discounted pricing?
Due to our pricing agreements with our World Sport Seat dealers, we do not advertise competitive pricing. We do offer special event pricing for holiday weekends, and when we are on-site for special events - including the BMW MOA National Rally and our own Open House during Bike Week.
From September thru January, we usually offer monthly discounts for our Custom Seat Services - send your seat south for the winter!
In November, we have our annual sale with across-the-board special pricing! And sometimes, Secret Santa surprises us with a little something special around Christmas time. Be sure to ask about special pricing when you call or email.

What is the return policy for Sargent World Sport Seats and other products?
We have a 30-day money back guarantee on the purchase price less shipping handling (a restocking fee may apply). For more information, click HERE. Product must returned in a LIKE NEW condition. In ensure refund processing, we strongly recommend return shipping with tracking and "SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION / REQUIRED" to our facility.

What is the return policy for Custom Seat Services?
All Custom Seat Services is non-refundable and non-reversible. However, if additional changes are desired, they may be done at the customer's expense. We do have a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship. For more information, click HERE.

How do I ship my seat to you for Custom Seat Services?
Choose a proper size box or shipping container and packing materials to ensure that it arrives safely. It shouldn't be too expensive to ship your seat using GROUND services if you pack it yourself. Using a shipping company to BOX and SHIP your seat is convenient, but the cost will increase accordingly. We strongly recommend tracking and delivery signature services.
