The World Sport Performance Seat features our Original Sargent Seat upholstery. A long-standing favorite, CarbonFX (CFX) seating areas provide an excellent, all-around, low maintenance & stylish seat - trimmed in all black. CFX has a carbon-fiber appearance with a slight sheen and smooth surface for maximum move-ability - allowing riders to easily and quickly shift weight & position.

The Performance PLUS seat upholstery takes the Sargent Seat to the next level with rugged DTX seating inserts and GRIPZONES (on most models) and is finished off with your choice of accent color welt and stitch. DTX - with a matte finish and subtle "pique" pattern - offers a durable yet comfortable seating surface with just enough traction for more aggressive adventure touring.

Welt Colors & Color Matching
Color welt is hand-sewn to order, so it may be made from any suitable vinyl material. Sargent stocks a wide variety of colors, but custom colors may be sourced and ordered (at an additional charge). Shown is a sampling of the more frequently used colors with context. These images are provided for reference only as different computer monitor settings may return different results. For very close color matches, please contact us and request vinyl samples.

Stitching Options
Unless otherwise noted, all stitching is a standard stitch. More decorative stitching includes welt (or rolled seam) - which may be done in black or custom colors, topstitch - which is a flat seam and the least decorative, and double-stitch - also flat but decorative, allowing the use of contrasting colors.

Non-Standard Vinyl Options
Non-Standard Upholstery items are categorized by "-NS" in the part number. Non-Standard options allow customers to make custom selections for seating inserts, trim, welt (or no welt), etc. All vinyl options are marine-grade and UV-stabilized. Specialty materials and leather are available for additional charges.

Returns & Restocking Fees
Sargent Cycle Products has a 30-day Money Back Guarantee except where the part number includes an asterisk (*). Non-standard (-NS*) upholstery treatments have a 10% restocking fee, and any items not returned in "LIKE-NEW" condition may be subject to a restocking fee. Return shipping is not refundable and at the customer's expense.
