As good as it gets, you know, for short legged people...

This is a good, quality seat made of weatherproof material and handsomely done. This low version provides as much padding as one could reasonable hope for while still letting me get the balls of my feet firmly on the ground with some to spare (I have a 29” inseam). Turnaround time was spectacular; about two days, and they make it convenient by providing a shipping label. All the parts to your old seat are returned. It’s reassuring that they offer a 30 day money back policy. Note that you pay shipping to them (they cover the return) and the $20 you paid for the label as well as a $65 charge for the conversion is tallied. This strikes me as entirely reasonable if not generous. They clearly are of a mindset to treat their customers fairly. But in my case, they won’t be getting the seat back so they’ll have to settle for a positive and well-deserved review.
