All items purchased directly from Sargent Cycle Products are entitled to a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (*Restocking Fee may apply). Excluded from this policy are non-refundable custom charges, restocking fees, original and return shipping (unless defective - please call).
To return an item, please contact us via EMAIL or call 1-800-749-7328 for a Return Authorization number.
Once the RA is received, please re-package the item to ensure its safe return in LIKE-NEW condition. Please include any feedback as to why you are returning the item.
