All products purchased directly from Sargent Cycle Products are entitled to a 30-day money back guarantee.

Non-refundable costs include any customization - as specified by the customer - to a standard product offering, specified restocking fees (denoted with an asterisk*), and outbound and return shipping and handling. Also exempt from this money-back guarantee are any services performed through our Custom Seat Services Division. All items returned for refund must be in LIKE-NEW condition to avoid the 10% restocking fee, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. The transaction will be processed as quickly as possible. The refund will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 days for credit card companies to post to your account.

Customers wishing a refund on a purchase from a retail seller other than Sargent Cycle Products must refer to that seller's refund policy.

While we have a very thorough quality check program, sometimes an item may arrive defective, damaged or incorrect In these cases, customers have two choices:

1. Send the item back for repair or replacement.

2. Order a replacement item, then return the defective item for a refund.

Sargent Cycle Products reserves the right to refuse free repair or replacement on products that have been damaged by shipping services or improper installation / use. If an item arrives damaged by shipping, it is important to retain the original packaging and notify Sargent Cycle Products so a claim may be filed.

Sargent Cycle Products, North America (Sargent), warrants to the original consumer purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Sargent will, at its sole option, repair or replace any component which fails during normal use. Such repairs or replacements will be at no charge to the consumer provided that the consumer shall be responsible for the shipping or transportation costs to the service facility. This limited warranty does not extend to the any products which have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond Sargent's control, including loss or damage in transit by carrier, or as the result of service or modification by anyone other than Sargent. Implied warranties required by law are limited to the stated duration of this limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The consumer's sole and exclusive remedy for any claim shall be for the repair or replacement of the defective part(s) or product(s) as provided above, and shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall Sargent be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

For product sold but not manufactured by Sargent, the consumer shall refer to the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. For such products, there are no other warranties, express or implied, which extend beyond the description herein.


For all World Sport(R) Performance, HD Premium and Sargent Premium Seats purchased directly from Sargent Cycle Products by the consumer, the term of the Limited Warranty as provided is automatically extended at no additional cost. From the date of purchase, the extended terms are two (2) years on the vinyl cover, five (5) years on the foam cushion, and five (5) years on the seat pan and installed hardware (excluding heated components such as wiring, controllers, and plugs).

Anyone entering into a purchasing agreement with Sargent Cycle Products, N.A. agrees to these policies.

Custom Foam Alterations Policy

While most simple seat foam modifications (i.e. foam upgrades, lowering/narrowing, moving rises) produce initial satisfactory results, more complex changes or combining multiple changes to the same seat may require testing and further adjustments at the customer’s expense.

Because foam alteration requests, suggestions, or recommendations, for the purpose of improving comfort, are most often speculative in nature, we cannot guarantee that they will result in any particular level of improved comfort. It should not be assumed that custom contour changes will necessarily yield satisfactory results, and because these alterations are done by hand, a moderate margin of error is typical and contour changes are not guaranteed to be exactly as specified.

Custom Seat Services Limited Warranty

We warranty all of our upholstery and foam products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. We will gladly and promptly correct any problems that occur within this time period (return freight is the sole responsibility of the customer). Incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the installation of a seat modified by Sargent Cycle Products are not covered by this warranty.

Anyone entering into a purchasing agreement for custom seat services agrees to this warranty and limitations of liability.
